I only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on the Site. Specifically, this includes:

- Message — the content of your enquiry
I do not operate user accounts, collect payment data, or use tracking cookies. The Site does not use any analytics tools that collect personally identifiable information.
3. How I Use Your Data
Your name, email, and message are used solely to respond to your enquiry about artworks or commissions. I will not use your contact details to send unsolicited marketing emails, and I will not share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
The Site makes use of the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Formspree
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, which receives your name, email, and message in order to forward them to me. View their Privacy Policy.
Supabase
The Site's artwork catalogue and images are stored on Supabase's platform. Supabase does not have access to your contact form data. View their Privacy Policy.
Google reCAPTCHA v2
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect hardware and software information to verify you are human. This is the only cookie used on this Site. View Google's Privacy Policy.
Vercel
The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process request metadata (IP addresses, timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations. Vercel does not have access to your personal contact data. View their Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
This Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalisation. The only cookie set on this Site is by Google reCAPTCHA v2, used exclusively on the contact form page for spam prevention. By completing the reCAPTCHA, you consent to Google's cookie practices as described in their privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are forwarded to my email via Formspree and retained in my email inbox for as long as necessary to fulfil your enquiry. I do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & POPIA)
Under GDPR and POPIA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format

All data transmitted to and from this Site uses HTTPS encryption. Contact form submissions are rate-limited and protected by reCAPTCHA. Only I have access to enquiry emails sent through the contact form.

This Site is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
